The effect of various nuclear processes on the atomic number, Z, and the neutron number, N, of a selected nuclide can be easily determined using this form. In the case shown, the selected nuclide is stable Co59, so the decay processes don't apply (although they will show what would have resulted if Co59 did decay by any of them). As is the case with the Reactions form, clicking on a square containing a nuclide's symbol pops up a window with data on the nuclide. In this case, the nuclide formed when Co59 absorbs an alpha particle is stable Cu63:
